WHAT IS THE DURATION OF A TATTOO SESSION?
The time your tattoo takes totally depends on the type of tattoo. You can talk with your tattoo artist to know how long your design will take.
WHAT IS THE FIRST STEP IN GETTING MY DRAWING DONE?
The first step is to come to our shop and talk to our artists, we require a deposit for the artist to start working on your design. You can speak with your artist about what you want, and he can contribute to what you have in mind to bring the best out of your design. Discussing with your artist will give you a thorough idea of what you want exactly.
HOW CAN I FIX OR COVER A TATTOO I DON’T LIKE?
No matter how big or unpleasant a tattoo may look, we can do something to it. It can either be worked upon or covered up with something entirely different. Contact your tattoo artist for more details on what can be done to your tattoo.
IS TATTOO FIESTA KIDS FRIENDLY?
We don’t allow kids. It is unsafe to have children inside of a shop that handles blood and sharps, as well as the fact that children require attention that cannot be provided while our artists are performing a service.
However, we do allow kids who are getting piercings with a parent present.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO GET A TATTOO?
You must be 18 years old or older to get a tattoo and proof of age is required.
DEPOSIT AND SELECT YOUR ARTIST.
For appointments we require a non-refundable deposit. You can pay through Zelle or PayPal or in person at the shop. Once you reach an agreement with your artist, this helps our artist start working on your design.
HOW CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENTS?
You can pay with Credit cards, we collect MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover and also accept cash. For tattoo deposits, we take Zelle or PayPal. You can also make use of an ATM situated nearby as we do not allow checks.
IS TIPPING MY ARTIST NECESSARY?
We have no ground rules for tipping, but we understand that it is a nice action; after all, you would tip your waiter. If you decide to tip or not, it doesn’t matter they are here to serve you conveniently.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY?
With us, you can be sure you will get quality for what you paid for. You should be willing to pay to get the best. You can get cheap artwork done at low prices out there but eventually you may need a real artist to cover up for you. Don’t argue about prices with your tattoo artist; it isn’t so nice. Quality doesn’t always come cheap after all your tattoo is stuck on you for life.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN THE PIERCING?
We advise you clean your piercing with a non-iodized solution i.e., sea salt and glycerin soap that is color and fragrance-free because they are gentle on the skin and have natural antibacterial contents. This helps with the healing process, increases circulation to the area and removes any dead cells. Fresh piercings do not do well with peroxide, alcohol or first aid products due to their harshness. Though they may kill the bacteria, they will also cause your skin to be dry which isn’t good for healing.
MY PIERCING ISN’T AS GREAT AS IT LOOKED AFTER I PIERCED IT.
Sometimes inflammation affects the pierced site such that the jewelry isn’t sitting properly. We ensure that you take a good look at the places we mark before the piercing to make sure you like where it is. Usually swelling after the piercing is very small, so if it looks different that it was initially, give it some time to heal before concluding there is something wrong with the piercing.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PIERCING?
You must be 18 years old or older to get pierced. If a minor wants to get a piercing, he must be at least 14 years old and come to the shop with a parent or legal guardian ( Minors can be pierced only at our Duluth location)
WHEN IS YOUR OPENING TIME?
Our opening days are Monday – Sunday; see our business hours here, you can always come in during our business hours to book your appointments. If you need the services of a particular artist, kindly call us, and we will make sure they are available to attend to you.
I’M SICK, CAN I GET A PIERCING OR TATTOO?
The best time to get a tattoo is when you are 100% fine with a great immune system, this is because you will need your energy and great immune system for the healing process to take place. Your white blood cells won’t help adequately with healing when they are helping combat other virus or infection. Also, it wouldn’t be a good idea to pass a virus or infection to someone else in the tattoo shop especially your tattoo artist. You can always reschedule your appointment for when you feel better.
